Lindsay Mercier, PT, DPT, OCS

Lindsay Mercier has been practicing physical therapy in the South Bay since 2009. She graduated from University of Colorado with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2009 and in 2015 became an Orthopedic Certified Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. Growing up in Washington state, she developed a love for the mountains and fresh air, as well as playing soccer and basketball. She went on to receive her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Arizona State University and continues to frequently visit friends and family in Arizona.

She has a passion to help individuals return to participating in life and recreational activities with greater ease and less pain. When she isn’t spending time with her patients, she is hiking in the mountains, walking her dog Olive, practicing yoga or camping in locations far from the urban jungle.

Niccole Harville

Niccole Harville, Certified Pilates Instructor

Niccole attended California State University of Dominguez Hills which earned her a bachelors degree in kinesiology with an emphasis in pre-physical therapy coupled with a biology minor; previously gaining an associates degree in physical education. Following this, she was given the opportunity to become a certified Pilates instructor under the tutelage of Jill Cassady at Pilates Technique Certification Program.

In Niccole’s time away, she loves enjoying the company of close friends and family including her 3 pups, outdoor activities and most of all relaxation. As a cancer survivor, Pilates and the support of loved ones has given her a new outlook and an affinity for helping others.

Jourdan Evans, PT, DPT

Jourdan attended college at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa as a Track I Physical Therapy student.  She completed her undergraduate studies in 2011, double majoring in Exercise Science and Fitness & Human Performance before advancing on to complete her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2012.  Jourdan has worked in all realms of the wellness world from personal training and group fitness to corporate wellness programming, but her heart has always been in Physical Therapy.  She is thrilled to have landed at Exhale PT, where she can fully put her energy towards helping and healing her patients.

Jourdan is a Midwest native, having spent her childhood growing up on her family farm in rural Illinois. She always had the bug to move to a larger city, but never imagined herself in LA.  It wasn’t until she was exploring various parts of the country during her internships that Jourdan fell in love with the Southbay. She moved back less than one month after graduation.  Jourdan loves exploring the diverse neighborhoods of Los Angeles. In her free time, if she isn’t practicing yoga or hanging with her dogs, you can find her attending concerts or on food adventure somewhere in LA.

Colleen Keenan, PT, DPT, OCS

Colleen is native to the South Bay beach cities of Los Angeles. She grew up playing competitive soccer and running throughout high school and college. She discovered her passion for physical therapy and helping others while rehabilitating an ACL surgery in high school. Colleen graduated from San Diego State University in 2009 with her BS in Kinesiology Pre-Physical Therapy. She then completed her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013 from Mount Saint Mary’s University in Los Angeles, CA. She then went on to specialize, and become a board certified Orthopedic Specialist in 2016 through a rigorous testing process.  More recently she began Pilates teacher training in 2018 through BASI Pilates and is currently working towards her 500 hour certification.  She discovered her love for Pilates when she needed an alternative approach to exercise besides high-impact soccer and running. She liked the concept of Pilates because of its low-impact and therapeutic qualities, addressing many strength and flexibility deficits contributing to her pain.  She now enjoys utilizing the benefits of Pilates practice with her physical therapy patients. She also uses manual therapy techniques and patient education to empower patients to move through their daily lives and physical activities without pain.
