Nicolle is a highly accomplished physical therapist dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health and wellness. She specializes in joint mobilization, corrective exercise and postural analysis. She is also passionate about educating her patients on how to care for their bodies to create lasting change and prevent future injuries.
She earned a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado in Boulder and a Physical Therapy Doctorate from Regis University in Denver, Colorado in 2011. Nicolle is also a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a Corrective Exercise Specialist.
Before entering the world of physical therapy, Nicolle spent several years in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer. This, combined with healing her own past injuries has given her insight, empathy and a unique perspective on the importance of movement and exercise in promoting long-term health and wellness.
When she’s not working, Nicolle loves to be outdoors as much as possible. She is a former long distance triathlete, and enjoys surfing, weight lifting, hiking, swimming, yoga, snowboarding, and golfing. Her passion for fitness and movement is a testament to her commitment to living a healthy and active lifestyle, which she shares with her patients every day.
