When I hurt my knee and developed atrophy in my quad, I wasn’t able to jog or jump anymore. I luckily chose a physical therapist, Jill, who focused on Pilates training. I had zero experience with Pilates going into it and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was on my knees. I’ll never forget the feeling and sensation of using the jumping board for the first time. It gave me the confidence that I could re-strengthen my knee w/o the pain and fear of injuring it even more. I owe my speedy recovery to Jill and her Pilates training.
