Tess Trentham is from Tampa, Florida and moved out to the South Bay in 2018. She is a licensed PTA and has her AA degree in science from Polk State College in Winter Haven Florida and has been practicing since 2018.
Tess has had training and continued education in many different skills to incorporate into her treatments such as Garston, cupping, taping, and pain management. Her approach to physical therapy is to use her manual interventions skills and techniques combined with strength and stability training and coaching to get the best outcomes for her patients. Her energetic and bubbly personality bleeds into her treatments making them fun and enjoyable for all.
When she is not working, she is out enjoying the ocean and outdoors by surfing, sailing, camping, hiking, and swimming.
